01 - 24 large fresh strawberries, hulled

# How to Make:
01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries, ensuring all moisture is removed. Hull if necessary.
02 - Thread three strawberries onto each skewer and set aside.
03 - Gently melt dark chocolate with coconut oil over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted.
04 - Line a tray with parchment paper to place dipped skewers.
05 - Holding a skewer, partially or fully dip strawberries into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
06 - Place dipped skewers on the lined tray and, while chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with chopped pistachios or shredded coconut as desired.
07 - Drizzle melted white chocolate over the dipped strawberries for added decoration.
08 - Refrigerate skewers for 15 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
