# How to Make:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat lightly with nonstick spray.
02 - Combine panko breadcrumbs, crushed cornflakes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk together until smooth.
04 - Pat chicken strips dry using paper towels.
05 - Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture, then coat fully in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
06 - Place breaded chicken on the prepared sheet. Spray or drizzle lightly with olive oil for optimal crispiness.
