# How to Make:

01 - Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly and pat dry.
02 - Drain the mozzarella balls carefully to remove excess liquid.
03 - Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball onto each small skewer or toothpick.
04 - Place the assembled skewers evenly on a serving platter.
05 - Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the skewers evenly.
06 - Lightly sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately for best freshness.
