# How to Make:
01 - Divide frozen strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, sliced bananas, and optional spinach into four freezer-safe bags or containers. Seal and freeze until ready to use.
02 - Combine one fruit pack, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons milk, and optional honey or maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding extra milk if needed to adjust consistency.
03 - Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with optional granola, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and fresh fruit slices.
