    250 g (9 oz) strawberries, hulled and quartered
    1 small cucumber, diced
    2 spring onions, thinly sliced

    100 g (3.5 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
  • Dressing
    3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp honey
    ½ small lemon, juiced
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Garnish
    2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
    Optional: 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts

Instructions

1. Cook Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
